Quetigny (French pronunciation: [kətiɲi]) is a commune in the Côte-d'Or department in eastern France.

Climate[edit]

Quetigny has a oceanic climate (Köppen climate classification Cfb). The average annual temperature in Quetigny is 10.7 °C (51.3 °F). The average annual rainfall is 767.5 mm (30.22 in) with May as the wettest month. The temperatures are highest on average in July, at around 19.9 °C (67.8 °F), and lowest in January, at around 1.9 °C (35.4 °F). The highest temperature ever recorded in Quetigny was 39.8 °C (103.6 °F) on 7 August 2003; the coldest temperature ever recorded was −23.8 °C (−10.8 °F) on 9 January 1985.
