Noël-Cerneux (French pronunciation: [nɔɛl sɛʁnø]) is a commune in the Doubs department in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region in eastern France.

The commune lies 10 km (6.2 mi) southwest of Le Russey near Morteau.
