Land Use and Forestry Directive 2018

The Land Use and Forestry Directive 2018 2018/841 is an EU Directive that regulates the use of land and transparency in forestry activities.

Contents[edit]

Articles 1 to 4 of the Directive requires that member states keep accounts of land use and forestry changes based on greenhouse gas emissions, and that emissions do not exceed removals of greenhouse gases.[1]
