Summary

Description
English: The U.S. Senate reconvened following a recess and continued their session of Morning Business. At the completion of Morning Business, the Senate continued consideration of H.R. 889, which made emergency supplemental appropriations and rescissions to the Department of Defense for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1995. Senators voted on a number of amendments to the measure, but did not vote on the measure itself. Following the completion of business for the day the Senate stood in recess until 9:30am the following morning.
