Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	This isn't the exact song of the article; this is a "West Wing Suite" by Pete Anthony, which takes the theme from W. G. Snuffy Walden. I'm using it to illustrate both the West Wing Suite mentioned in the article, and as an example of the blue-jeans/americana feel that gets lost in the real main theme (although it's present in the original recording, for "A Propotional Response", that I couldn't find).
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	The software or website from which the screenshot is taken is copyrighted and not released under a free license, so creation of a free image is not possible.
Not replaceable with textual coverage because (WP:NFCC#1)	The "plaintive oboe" is a hallmark of Walden's composing, and it does need some audio to convey its feel.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	The file has been reduced, and is limited to nine seconds.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	The use of a low resolution screenshot from software or a website will not impact the commercial viability of the software or site.
