I bakgrunden två män, till vänster del av en bil, bakom den en skylt med texten "Stadsbud". Kvinnorna bär ytterkläder, kappor eller dräkter, och hatt. Se även baksidestext. A 48a.
  • Baksidestext: "På väg till valurnan den 16/9 21. En av fröknarna samt Ellen voro för unga för röstning och fingo stanna och vakta kontoret. Främst Matti Stael [Mathilda Staël von Holstein], Eva Andén, snett till höger Gunhild Johansson och Lisa Ekedahl. Bakom Eva Ester Ekberg."
