Rationale of fair use for the music sample in That's That and Coming to America[edit]

The image File:Coming_to_America.ogg is being linked here; though the sample is originally copyright, I (Lajbi ^{Holla @ me}Who's the boss?) feel it is covered by fair use because:

1. The sample is the main beat for the single "That's That" (a.k.a. "That's That Shit"), originally part of soundtrack for the movie Coming to America, released by Paramount Pictures Corporation, and is intended for wide distribution.
2. The sample is of lower bitrate and quality than the original DVD quality (copies made from it will be of inferior quality).
3. No free or public domain samples have been located for both song and movie (see below).
4. The sample does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the DVD or movie soundtrack (which doesn't include this song) in any way.
5. The sample is intended to represent the song, its remake and the movie.
6. The sample is being used for illustrational purposes only, and its use is not believed to detract from the original song in any way.
7. Several other audio material from the movie has previously been published in numerous sources, with higher bitrate samples available (WavSource.com, gotwavs.com for example), but due to fair use regulations in force on Wikipedia, a compression was applied here.
