Notability[edit]

As an elected member of the Academia Europaea, Romero meets Criterion 3 of the guidelines for academic notability. --Muspilli (talk) 17:32, 25 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

+1. Reworked and resubmitted. To reiterate: being elected to the Academia Europaea is *alone* sufficient for this page to satisfy notability, per https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Notability_(academics): "Academics meeting any one of the following conditions, as substantiated through reliable sources, are notable." Namely, as Muspilli stated, criterion 3: "The person has been an elected member of a highly selective and prestigious scholarly society or association (e.g., a National Academy of Sciences or the Royal Society) or a fellow of a major scholarly society which reserves fellow status as a highly selective honor (e.g., Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers or Honorary Fellow of the Institute of Physics)." As such, this page should be approved. MalignantMouse (talk) 15:10, 8 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
