By my girlfriend's travel on some weeks ago, my girlfriend told me that she can't see a station called "济南北".
By searching one of Jinan North station/Jinanbei station/济南北站..., what I've found is however, a 29 Nov 2017 article from ifeng told me that 齐河站不再考虑改名济南北站 仍为“齐河站” (They no longer consider renaming Qihe station to Jinan North station, it's still Qihe railway station), and by dragging the page I've found that:

齐河县曾酝酿将齐河站改名...原来考虑把这两个站合成一个站，叫济南北站，现在因郑济高铁不再经齐河，此事便作罢。 lit. The Qihe County was considered renaming the Qihe station...because we were consider merging two stations as one Jinan North station, but we dropped that because Zhengzhou-Jinan HSR no longer plans to build through Qihe.

@Nikki: still, I'm still waiting for your answers, on this article and your claims on Wikidata that said "a planned (i.e. potential future) railway station of the Shiji Passenger Railway", where I searched for many years, are not really happened! A new reply from zh:Talk:济南铁路枢纽#究竟有没有“济南北站”？ by N509FZ: I only know that there's a rumour said "Qihe railway station of Shijiazhuang-Jinan PDR will be renamed to Jinan North", which is "believed" by some medias like [1], however when Shiji PDR opened, that station is still called Qihe, not Jinan North.
