An untitled, upcoming American biographical film is in development about Frank Sinatra directed by Martin Scorsese. The film stars Leonardo DiCaprio portraying Sinatra alongside Jennifer Lawrence portraying Sinatra's second wife, Ava Gardner.

In April 2024, as Martin Scorsese was planning what films he would work on next, it was revealed that he was developing a biographical film based about Frank Sinatra. Attached to star in the film were Leonardo DiCaprio as Sinatra and Jennifer Lawrence as Sinatra's second wife Ava Gardner. Sony Pictures and Apple Studios were the main contenders to distribute the film, with the first being the frontrunner. It was set to be his next project after his upcoming film A life of Jesus.[1]
