Unity Brands is a retail industry portfolio focused on "outstanding Canadian apparel brands devoted to quality and excellence".[1]. Founded in 2023, Unity Brands is owned and operated by Joe Mimran, David Lui, and Frank Rocchetti, three individuals who bring a wealth of knowledge, industry expertise, and a deep-rooted passion for retail.
In July 2023, Unity Brands purchased their first portfolio company Kit and Ace, an iconic Vancouver-based retailer [2] and in August 2023, Casca Footwear [3].
In December 2023, Unity Brands acquired Mastermind Toys [4].
