Tlum HD was a Russian kids tv channel aimed at kids under 12 years old. It started broadcasting on 22 April 2016. The name of the channel is "Mult" backwards[1]

It broadcasted around the clock in the "Kids" package of Russian satellite operators "Tricolor TV" "NTV-Plus" "Orion Express" and others[2] The channel broadcasted Russian cartoons for three quarters of its airtime, and foreign cartoons the rest of the time. On weekends, the channel broadcasted full-length cartoons.

The channel was watched by 2 million people monthly in terms of average daily audience coverage in television provider networks, the channel was ahead of other Russian non-terrestrial TV channels in HD format.[3] They won the “Big Digit 2017” award on the “Kids TV Channel” category.[4]

On 1 December 2019, the TV channel stopped broadcasting due to the launch of the HD version of the Moolt TV channel.[5]
