Stars Hall of Fame was a wax museum located in Orlando, Florida.

History[edit]

Background[edit]

In 1970, the Great Southwest Corporation who owned and operated the Six Flags theme parks, acquired the Movieland Wax Museum for $1,500,000.[1]

Announced in December 1973.[2]

Preview center opened October 29, 1974.[3]

Bally Manufacturing acquired Six Flags in 1982, and sold off the Stars Hall of Fame because it didn't fit into their master plans.[4]
