Jalajala, situated in the farthest part of Rizal province, is home to Saint Michael the Archangel Parish. Initially, when the parish was newly established, it resided in Barangay Punta (formerly known as Halaan, now Jalajala). Unfortunately, calamities led to the destruction of the church. Subsequently, as the township of Jalajala shifted from Punta to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Districts, the church also relocated there.
Adjacent to the church stands Saint Michael the Archangel Parochial School, a Catholic institution where students regularly attend church masses.
Additional information about the parish includes its affiliation with the Vicariate of San Ildefonso Parish in Tanay and its connection to the Diocese of Antipolo.
