  • Comment: WP:CITEKILL certainly applies here. There are plenty of sources here which meet the "reliable" and "secondary markers", but they don't hit the "strictly independent" and "in-depth" markers. The sources discussing the $200/hr pay to watch the Super Bowl are examples. We want 2 to 3 reliable sources to dig in and talk/report about Oddspedia and not be paid for doing so. —Sirdog (talk) 05:55, 20 January 2024 (UTC)
  • Comment: Unfortunately, no real progress has been made since last time.
Remember that the number of mentions of a certain topic from the media won't mean much on its own, unless you actually include those bits of information in the article itself... See WP:CITEKILL for context. Oltrepier (talk) 11:11, 20 December 2023 (UTC)
  • Comment: This is close but not quite enough independent, significant coverage. WikiOriginal-9 (talk) 07:49, 6 November 2023 (UTC)

Oddspedia in an online sports platform that provides information, analysis, and resources related to sports.[1][2][3]

History[edit]

Oddspedia was founded in 2014 by Jeton Kodia And Jan Möller.[4][5][6] In 2020, Oddspedia signed a partnership with Real Madrid FC to expand their outreach.[7]

The platform provides information including live scores, updates for various sports events, sports data and statistics to help users make informed betting decisions.[8][9] Additionally, the website has a community forum for the users to discuss strategies and insights.[10][11][12]

Oddspedia is frequently referenced by USA Today, Newsweek and Toronto Sun, among others.[13][14][15][16][17][18] Oddspedia expanded its brand exposure through a partnership with Real Madrid, featuring on Estadio Alfredo Di Stefano's advertising boards for selected home games during the 2020/2021 season, as part of a shift from a digital-centric to a more traditional media advertising strategy for brand growth.[19]

Awards and nominations[edit]

Oddspedia received the Affiliate Product Innovation award at the SBC Awards 2020.[20][21] Additionally, the company received the Affiliate of the Year award at the World’s Gaming Festival Europe Gaming Ceremony in 2021 and the Innovative Online Product of the Year award at the BEGE Awards 2023.[22]
