There are many diesel locomotives that were manufactured by the Electro-Motive Corporation (EMC), later Electro-Motive Division (now Electro-Motive Diesel) (EMD). This also includes rebuilt units that were rebuilt by their respective railroads or sent back to EMD to be rebuilt.
