Khayashar J. Khabushani (born 1992) is an American novelist. Khabushani is of Iranian descent.[1] His debut novel, I Will Greet the Sun Again, published in August 2023, chronicles the life of an Iranian immigrant boy in the San Fernando Valley.[2] The novel's title is taken from a poem by Iranian poet Forugh Farrokhzad.[3]
