Comment: @Ivanvector:, I completely understand that. Sorry if it came off like I was questioning the decline rationale. I completely agree with the decline as CSD has been declined numerous times. - Comment: @CNMall41: while there are quite a few edits from now-blocked sockpuppets, there are a number of significant edits by other editors, disqualifying this draft from G5 deletion. You might also notice that one of those edits is Liz previously declining deletion for the same reason. If you all hadn't kept poking at it with non-applicable and previously declined criteria this would be well on its way to G13 qualification, or you can try WP:MFD where you'll likely be told that notability is not a deletion rationale for drafts. Not questioning the decline (note that I did not make the request), but if you look through the "substantive contributions from other editors" you will see that they were made by other sock accounts (6 total sock accounts at this point, not including the LOUTSOCKing). Kavya Kishor was on August 1, 2020 as a Bengali children's and young adult literature magazine in Derai Upazila of Bangladesh. In 2023, Kavya Kishor lunched a annual competition as Kavya Kishor Torun Chora Protijugita for young rhymesters.[5] In 2021, the magazine received the Honor of online literature froups unity of Bangladesh (2021).
