Draft:Generation Alpha Slang
Submission declined on 20 February 2024 by MicrobiologyMarcus (talk). Neologisms are not considered suitable for Wikipedia unless they receive substantial use and press coverage; this requires strong evidence in independent, reliable, published sources. Links to sites specifically intended to promote the neologism itself do not establish its notability.

Generation Alpha slang, otherwise shortened as and more commonly referred to as Gen Alpha slang, is a type of slang that is popularized by and is commonly used by Gen Alpha. The majority of Gen Alpha slang is created on social media, particularly YouTube and TikTok.[1] Slang definitions such as “chat” were created based off of features in social media programs.[2] Several words and phrases from Gen Alpha slang are similar to those in Gen Z slang. Several internet celebrities have contributed to coining and popularizing words that are considered Gen Alpha slang; a popular method of which is by producing songs with said slang words.[3]
