FACHPRACA.pl is a business and employment-focused Polish website.[1][2][3][4] Launched in 2018, it is the first professional network service with job offers exclusively for lower-level physical and office workers (blue collars). The Polish name of the service is a combination of the words fachowcy ("specialists") and praca ("work") — describing the main range of services provided by the service.

Company overview[edit]

FACHPRACA.pl portal was established in 2018 as a specialized service dedicated to publishing job offers for blue-collar workers from Poland and European Union countries.[5][6] Currently, in addition to the ability to publish job offers, the service offers additional services such as a free salary calculator, a module for assessing employers, and an extensive career advisory section.[5]

Functions[edit]

Candidates (job seekers) can browse job offers, save them to their clipboard, apply for them, send messages to employers, automatically initiate phone calls regarding specific job offers, as well as share offers via e-mail, social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Wykop, Tumblr), and instant messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Messenger, Viber, Telegram).[5]

Employers and employment agencies can publish their job offers and manage them directly on the website, through XML or API channels, as well as through ATS systems (including HRlink, EmploySystem, Elevato, HRappka). In addition to publication on the portal itself, employers' offers are promoted on major job aggregators and Polish government portals, such as powroty.gov.pl and zielonalinia.gov.pl.[5]
