Emmanuel Bello is a TV Journalist, author, Public affairs analyst, politician, and father. He was first appointed Senior Special Assistant Media and Publicity in 2010, commissioner of information, culture, and tourism in 2011 to former Governor of Taraba State Late. Pharm. Danbaba Danfulani Suntai, and commissioner of information and strategy in 2014 to the then-acting Governor Sani Danladi. Senior Special Assistant Public Affairs to former Governor of Taraba State Arc. Darius Dickson Ishaku.

In 2021, he was appointed as special adviser media to the Mambilla Hydropower Project to the then Minister of Power Engr Sale Mamman. In 2023, he was the spokesman of the PDP Gubernatorial candidate of Taraba State Dr. Agbu Kefas. After the gubernatorial election, he was appointed as the Special Adviser on Media and Digital Communications to the incumbent governor of Taraba State Dr. Agbu Kefas.
