Dr. D.H. Agnihotri (Dattatreya Agnihotri) was born on 3d July 1902.[1] He completed degree of M.A.B.T PhD and taught in various colleges at Amravati, Buldhana, Ner.[1]
He wrote the books Marathi Varna Vichar Vikas (मराठी वर्णविचार विकास) and Maharashtra Sanskrutiche Tatvik Adhishtan (महाराष्ट्र संस्कृतीचे तात्त्विक अधिष्ठान). He also wrote the book "Abhhinav Marathi Shabdakosh Khand 1-5". In this book, the letters of the marathi language and its changes from the Yadav Dynasty; also shown is the comparison of the marathi language with Farsi, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Udia, Telugu, and Kannada.
In the book "Maharashta Sanskrutiche Tatvik Adhishtan", there is the description of the history of Maharashtra from 5000 BC to 1947.[1]
Dr. D.H Agnihotri died on November 22, 1990.
