Business Park Sofia[edit]

Business Park Sofia (BPS) is a large office park and business district in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. Developed by Arco Capital Corporation Ltd., it is considered one of the largest office parks in Central and Eastern Europe. [1]

Location[edit]

BPS is situated at the foot of Vitosha Mountain, adjacent to major transportation corridors such as the Sofia Ring Road. It lies approximately 20 minutes from Sofia's city center and an 8-minute drive from Sofia Airport. The dedicated Business Park Sofia metro station [2] connects the park to the capital's public transit network.

Project Details[edit]

The park consists of 15 office and commercial buildings (14 office and retail and 1 multilevel parking building with over 2,700 parking spaces) and has over 16,000 visitors per day.[3]

Facilities[edit]

BPS provides modern office facilities, on-site amenities including green spaces with parks and a lake, a co-working facility called ParkShared, dining and retail options, and a recently opened 3,000 square meter rooftop terrace.[4]

Tenants[edit]

Over 130 companies operate at Business Park Sofia, including multinational corporations across sectors like IT, finance, manufacturing and professional services. Notable tenants include KPMG IT Service, Telelink, Bang & Olufsen, Gorenje, Carlsberg and SEGA.[5]
