Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences is a 595 m / 1,952 ft supertall residential skyscraper under construction in Dubai, United Arab Emirates^[1]. The 105 story tower is being developed by the Dubai real estate firm Binghatti in collaboration with the luxury watch maker Jacob & Co^[2]. Once completed, Burj Binghatti will surpass New York City's Central Park Tower as the tallest residential building in the world.
