In 2009, Amin moved to the United Kingdom and studied at the Leeds Conservatoire (Leeds College of Music). In 2011, he started his Bachelor's studies as a violinist and conductor at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland (RCS)[9]. He further studied a Master's in music at the RCS where he studied by some of the greatest teachers in the world including Professor David Watkin, Professor Andrea Gajic and Dr Mieko Kanno as well as Simon Fischer and Sian Edwards.
In 2022, Keshmiri defended his doctoral studies, a joint doctoral degree at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and University of St Andrews , making him the first candidate to be awarded a doctorate in music (violin) at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.
