Merouane AMQOR (امقور مروان - ⵎⴻⵔⵓⴰⵏ ⴰⵎⵇⵓⵔ) (born April 16, 1998, in Ain Leuh, Ifrane Province, Morocco) is a Moroccan software engineer and Certified ScrumMaster®, known for his innovative contributions in the fields of software engineering and web development, particularly in agile methodologies and user-centric digital solutions.
Early Life and Education[edit]
Merouane AMQOR was born on April 16, 1998, in Ain Leuh, a town in the Ifrane Province of Fès-Meknès, Morocco. His early years were marked by a deep interest in technology, leading him to pursue higher education in Casablanca. During this time, he actively participated in various tech-related events and hackathons, setting the foundation for his future career.
Career and Contributions[edit]
During his academic years, AMQOR was significantly involved in organizing and participating in various tech events and hackathons. He played a key role in an event with the Moroccan National Railway Office (ONCF), which marked a pivotal point in his journey, fueling his passion for technology and innovation.
As an active member of Enactus FSJES, AMQOR contributed to projects that combined entrepreneurial action with social impact. His time with Enactus was instrumental in developing his skills in team collaboration and project management.
From January 2018 to January 2019, AMQOR served as a ScreenDy Student Partner, deeply involved in organizing, conceptualizing, and leading open innovation programs for organizations such as RAM, ONEE, and BMCI. This experience honed his leadership and organizational skills and deepened his understanding of open innovation in the tech industry.
From September 2018 to April 2022, AMQOR worked as a Full-Stack Developer at DabaDoc in Casablanca. He led a team of developers, focusing on using Ruby on Rails to improve brand awareness and user engagement.
Personal Philosophy[edit]
AMQOR's early experiences in technology, particularly his involvement in various events and organizations, laid the foundation for his career. His participation in these activities reflects his commitment to technology and innovation, further highlighting his journey as a tech enthusiast and professional.
