3D House Planner is an architectural design web application built on Babylon.js framework.^[2]^[3]^[4] It allows users to sketch houses and apartments and serves as a tool for architects, interior designers, homeowners, and real estate professionals to digitally conceptualize and communicate design ideas.^[5] This application allows switching between 2D and 3D view modes, selecting objects to furnish and decorate the interior and exterior of a home, and changing the appearance of objects.^[6]^[5] It is mainly used for designing architectural blueprints and 3D visualization.^[7]^[8]^[9]^[10] This application is also known as a helper tool for Blender users, as it enables seamless import and export of 3D models between them.^[11]
