The 2024 Associated Students of the University of Washington (ASUW) General Election was held over the course of three days from Monday, April 15, to Wednesday, April 17,2024 to determine the ASUW Board of Directors' eight elected members.[1] Following an all-time high in 2012, ASUW elections have experienced downward trending turnout over the course of 12 years. The 2024 election experienced the first uptick in the number of ballots submitted by students since 2017.[1]

Naomi Snow, Nandana Jaideep, Lydia Berhanu, Kim Ugaddan, Zoe Stylianides, Rawan Al Ekaili, Peyton Sax, and Maya Lukalapu won each of the eight elected offices within the ASUW's Board. The winners were confirmed by the current Board of Directors at its meeting on Thursday, April 2, 2024. [1] The field for ASUW Board was crowded with an unprecedented 38 candidates filing for office.

The election for ASUW President went through 10 rounds of tabulation before any candidate achieved a majority of votes cast.[2] A total of 6 registered candidates ran for this position and over 16 individuals were write-ins. The ASUW uses Instant Runoff Voting (IRV) which allows voters to rank their preferred candidates in order. A candidate must achieve a majority of the votes cast for their position to win, and candidates with the lowest number of votes are eliminated in sequential tabulations until this occurs.

A balllot initiative for a revised ASUW Constitution was also approved by the student body with 90.7% favorability.
