2023 Liga 3 Lampung is sixth edition for Liga 3 Lampung which is organized by Asprov PSSI Lampung.^[1]

Followed by 7 clubs. The winner of this competition will immediately advance to the national round representing Lampung Province to advance to Liga 2.

AD Sport, which did not participate in Liga 3 Lampung this season, is also the defending champion after winning it in the 2021 season and it was stopped due to the Kanjuruhan stampede.
