Local elections were held in Calamba City on May 9, 2016, within the Philippine general election, for posts of the mayor, vice mayor and ten councillors.

Mayoral and vice mayoral election[edit]
Incumbent Mayor Justin Marc Chipeco was running for a second term unopposed with incumbent vice mayor Rosseller Rizal.
