Don Erwin King, Jr. (born February 10, 1964) is a former American football defensive back who played in the National Football League (NFL).

Early life[edit]

King, Jr. was born on February 10, 1964, in Dallas, Texas, to Don King, Sr. and Judy King.[citation needed] He attended and played quarterback at Justin F. Kimball High School in Dallas, Texas.[citation needed]

College[edit]

King was a four year letterman at Southern Methodist University and a two year starter, where he earned All-Southwest Conference[1] and Honorable Mention All-American Honors as a quarterback.[citation needed]

Professional career[edit]

King went undrafted in the 1986 NFL Draft, but later signed with the Kansas City Chiefs in 1986.[citation needed] He then signed with the Green Bay Packers during the 1987 NFL season, where he played in one game against the Detroit Lions.[2][3]
