Explanatory introductory text[edit]

I have changed the wording in the explanation from "This page lists current and former prospective parliamentary candidates for the British Respect Party" to "This page lists former prospective parliamentary candidates for the British Respect Party". The Respect Party article makes clear the party has not been registered with the electoral commission since 2016, and as such candidates in any pending elections would could not appear on the ballot paper as a Respect Party candidate. This means there cannot be any "current" Respect Party prospective parliamentary candidates. Dunarc (talk) 22:51, 7 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
