It looks as if this category has been created without discussion with Wikipedia:WikiProject Stub sorting (despite the green box being added to say that it has been). Generally new stub categories are not created until there are 60 items to include, as I understand it. I've mentioned this category at Wikipedia:WikiProject Stub sorting/Discoveries.
