People's Artists of Russia?[edit]

Should I add in people who are People's Artists of Russia (got the award after the break-up of the USSR)? The "People's Artist of Russia" page redirects to the "People's Artist of the USSR" page. So...? Yuriy Norshteyn is one example. Esn 12:10, 20 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
