If I recall correctly, I was trying to clean up container categories, so was attempting to move articles out of the Lists of people cat (which is identified as a container category which should only contain subcategories and not articles) into a subcategory that is not a container cat (allows articles). This subcat would be for lists of people, but in a grouping where the list is related to an "association". It's been a few years, and there are currently articles in the container cat, so perhaps the Lists of people shouldn't be a container cat if this subcat were to be merged back, or the articles in the container cat Lists of people should be moved to appropriate subcats.
