Criteria[edit]

This is clearly, so far, only "urban" districts. The Cariboo, the Lillooet Country, the Slocan Valley, the Omineca Country - these are all historic districts, also if Victory Square and Gastown are here, naturally enough, then so should Commercial Drive, the West End, Kitsilano and so on....downtown Victoria as much as Fort Langley, Yale as much or moreso than Gastown or its namesake Yaletown. What I'm getting at is I'd like to see smoe criteria here; downtown Nelson BC is a historic district, in the "urban district" sense; but the whole West Kootenay, which Nelson lies in, is a historic district, and it has historic districts within it, e.g. Brilliant, Rossland etc etc etc.....Skookum1 (talk) 13:06, 14 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
