Create a Timeline Article?[edit]

Over the last few years, I culled information from various sources and put together in Microsoft Excel a timeline of the significant events in the DB universe. I'd like to make this private DB info repository of mine public - that is, create a timeline article from it. I have questions about this:

Would this page be welcomed if it's created?
Can it agree with the anime canon (which I think it currently does), or should I make it agree with the manga canon...or should it be dual timeline, each canon contained in its own "ribbon"?
If I should make it agree with the manga canon, can anyone assist me in doing so, or point me to someone who can?
