What is this exactly?[edit]

Artesian people evidently are People from the County of Artois. That county ceased to exist in 1659, yet our one article in here is on a person born n 1758. I am thinking that having this category is not justified at all. Unless there are sources indicating that people considered Robspierre to be of that ethnicity.
