Move to "American social democrats"[edit]

WP naming conventions dislike capitalizing words after the first. I propose that this category be moved accordinly. Kiefer.Wolfowitz (talk) 19:42, 12 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Delete[edit]

Similar categories such as American liberals, have been deleted and should be. The inclusion criteria and definition of a certain ideology has been continuously deemed by consensus to be too vague. I argued against deleting similar and related categories and I do believe these people in this category are social democrats, but that is original research. Also, putting the category label and the bottom of the pages of politicians who don't even self-identify as such, is disingenuous at best and also has the air of greater credibility than the content of the article itself despite not being referenced at all. Categories cannot be referenced and the creation of this category was wrong.--Sparrowhawk64 (talk) 23:43, 15 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
