Avkt

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Avkt (Russian: Авкт) is an old and rare[1] Russian Christian male first name.[2] The name is derived from the Latin name Auctus, which is in turn derived from the Latin verb augeo, meaning to multiply,[2] to increase.[1]

The patronymics derived from "Avkt" are "А́вктович" (Avktovich; masculine) and "А́вктовна" (Avktovna; feminine).[1]
