Yennora railway station is located on the Main South line, serving the Sydney suburb of Yennora. It is served by Sydney Trains T2 Inner West & Leppington and T5 Cumberland line services.

History[edit]

Yennora station opened on 6 November 1927[3] and was funded by the local McCredie family, who were interested in land in the vicinity. The funding was provided with hopes the station would 'open up' access to the area, and on the initial condition that the cost of the station would be refunded when profits over three years justified such a refund.[4][5][6]
