Some how this seems to be just a definition of "Substitutional fuels" and not really a needed article
If there is some sort of link to it I recommend it be included on that page as a gloss or footnote. Consider including in one of the other pages like Biofuel and simply redirecting there! I know there are better pages that it could be linked to or from but I can't see why this page should exist.
