These still exist[edit]
Changed the language to present tense since these certainly still exist (I bought some from Kmart in Australia just two days ago, and I have a set on all of my bicycles). Also removed irrelevant biographical detail about the inventor and pointed out that they come in several different shapes (at least they do now).
