Proposed rename

I propose renaming this article, from Rude Awakening (1989 film) to Rude Awakening (film). This is the only film named Rude Awakening. Per Wikipedia:Article Titles#Disambiguation, "... when a more detailed title is necessary to distinguish an article topic from another, use only as much additional detail as necessary. For example, it would be inappropriate to title an article "Queen (rock band)", as Queen (band) is precise enough to distinguish the rock band from other uses of the term Queen." — Mudwater ^(Talk) 15:39, 3 December 2013 (UTC)

Not a bad idea at all. While I agree with you in theory, there were two other films with the same title (Rude Awakening) which will undoubtedly have articles made at some point. I looked at IMDb, and the other Rude Awakening movies seem pretty obscure, so I'm not so sure about "undoubtedly". But if articles were created for them, then we'd back to this article being "Rude Awakening (1989 film)".... — Mudwater ^(Talk) 17:46, 3 December 2013 (UTC)

In the years I've been on wikipedia, the older, more obscure films are increasingly getting their own pages (cause people like me love creating pages for the randoms). Now that you brought this up, I'll do pages when I can for those. Donmike10 (talk) 18:02, 3 December 2013 (UTC)

Looking over the two films, I'm actually inclined to agree with you. One was just a short and the other was an early French film and this was not the original title. Donmike10 (talk) 18:10, 3 December 2013 (UTC)
