Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings in U.S.[edit]

In chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings in the U.S., especially for the larger, complex cases, there are regularly scheduled (usu. monthly) "omnibus hearings" which are used to cover all previously filed motions, rather than having a separate hearing set for each motion (barring exceptional circumstances, such as motions too complex to have decided at an omnibus hearing). 38.101.176.2 (talk) 17:04, 24 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
