Reverts: January 2010[edit]

I have reverted two edits by 68.146.81.123 for the following reasons:

The Fringe Festival is already noted in the Arts and culture section. There's no reason to give it a special place in the History section, other than an act of wikipuffery.
I've lived in Saskatoon since 1990 and I know people who've been here longer... no one I know uses the word 'Nutana' to refer to the entirety of Saskatoon's "east side minus Sutherland". I've heard east-side neighbourhoods referenced with their proper names (Buena Vista, Avalon, Exhibition, Eastview, etc.) Additionally there was no source given that backs up this claim, and I couldn't find any when I searched for one.
