Ok, abusing talk page slightly...[edit]

Morgan Sparks was one of a large number of researchers at Bell Labs who contributed to the early work on the transistor. The article needs further editing to clarify his particular contribution, and to make clear that he did not single-handedly develop the diffused junction transistor. The use of the term "microwatt" to describe the diffused-junction transistor is not helpful. Taylour (talk) 15:25, 10 May 2008 (UTC)taylour[reply]
