Kelachay District (Persian: بخش کلاچای) is in Rudsar County, Gilan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Kelachay.[3]

Demographics[edit]

Population[edit]

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the district's population was 34,268 in 9,878 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 34,167 people in 10,984 households.[5] The 2016 census measured the population of the district as 33,636 inhabitants in 11,847 households.[2]
