Javier Milei's tenure as president of Argentina will start with his inauguration on December 10, 2023. Milei, from La Libertad Avanza, will take office following his victory in the 2023 presidential election over Peronist Sergio Massa. Milei entered office amid a huge economic crisis and political polarization.

Diana Mondino, pointed as the future minister of international relations, criticised outgoing president Alberto Fernández because he appointed several chancellors only a pair of weeks before leaving government. Still, she said that, for the most part, most chancellors would remain in their offices.[1]
