Tenzing Norgay Nationality is Nepali[edit]

Tenzing Norgay is true Nepalis. He was a Budhist by religion. He was a Nepali Sherpa Mountainer. Sherpa are an ethnic group from the most mountainous region of Nepal, high in the Himalayas.[1]

Most Sherpa people live in Nepal's eastern regions; however, some live farther west in the Rolwaling valley and in the Helambu region north of Kathmandu. Pangboche is the oldest Sherpa village in Nepal. He was born in Khumbu, Nepal. Khumbu lies in the eastern Nepal. So remove in Category:Indian Buddhists as Tenzing Norgay. He is Nepali Sherpa Buddhist.
